Supple

Terms of Use

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Supple iOS application. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you are under 18, use Supple with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

What Supple is

Supple is a guided stretching and mobility tool: routines of 3 to 12 minutes, a countdown for each pose, optional spoken cues, a streak and a progress view. It works offline, requires no account, and stores your data on your device.

Not medical advice

Supple is a movement tool, not medical, physiotherapeutic or rehabilitation advice. The routines are general-purpose and are not tailored to any injury, condition or treatment plan. If you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, or under medical supervision, talk to your doctor or physiotherapist before using the app.

Stretch within your range

Stretching should feel like tension, never pain. Move slowly into each pose, keep breathing, and come out of it if something hurts, pinches or goes numb. Skip any pose that does not suit your body, and stop the session whenever you want — nothing in the app requires you to finish. You are responsible for how far you take a stretch.

Subscriptions

The core of the app — the four daily routines, the full player, spoken cues, the streak, the daily reminder and the widget — is free. Supple Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks the rest of the library, building your own routines and the full progress view. Payment is charged to your Apple account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase. There is no free trial.

Acceptable use

Use Supple for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, extract its routine library for redistribution, or use the app in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, its texts, its pose illustrations and the compilation of its routine library are our property. The sessions and routines you create are yours.

Warranty and liability

Supple is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including injury resulting from performing an exercise beyond your ability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
