Supple

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Supple is built so that what you do never leaves your phone. The app has no servers, no accounts and no sign-up. This policy describes exactly what the app does and does not do.

What the app stores

Everything the app knows — your finished sessions, your streak, routines you build yourself, your daily goal and your settings — is stored locally on your device. Supple has no servers, and there is no server-side copy of anything. Deleting a routine in the app, or deleting the app, removes the data.

The stretch library

All 33 stretches and 14 routines ship inside the app. The pose illustrations are drawn by the app itself, not downloaded. Nothing you tap, browse or search causes a network request, and the whole app works in airplane mode.

Spoken cues

When spoken cues are on, your iPhone reads the name of the next pose aloud using the system speech voice, on the device. Supple does not use the microphone, records nothing, and sends nothing anywhere. Your music is briefly lowered while a cue is spoken.

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn on saving to Apple Health, a finished routine is written to Health as a flexibility workout and a mindful minute. This is write-only: Supple never reads anything from Health. The setting is off until you enable it, and you can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings > Health.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to tell the app whether a subscription is active. For this, RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device and the receipt information Apple provides — not your sessions, your streak or anything else from the app.

Analytics and tracking

Supple contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. We see only the aggregate, anonymised statistics Apple provides to all developers through App Store Connect. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share data with data brokers.

Notifications

The daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. It involves no server and can be turned off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

Widget and Live Activity

The Home Screen widget and the lock-screen Live Activity read today's minutes and the running session from a shared container on the same device. That data stays on your phone; it is not sent to us or to Apple.

Children

Supple is a general-audience stretching tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because there are no accounts and nothing leaves the device, the app collects no personal information from anyone — including children.

Your rights

Everything the app knows about you is on your device: delete what you no longer want in the app, or delete the app to remove all of it. If you have any question or request about your data, write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Supple changes what is stored or where, we will update this page and state the new date above.
